All meats are dry rubbed and smoked low and slow until unbelievably delicious. Turkey is also brined for extra flavor and juiciness.

Delicious smoked brisket and pulled pork. I can provide a 12 lb. brisket and 8 lbs. of pulled pork, which is enough to feed 15 or more guests. Both meats are dry rubbed and slow-smoked to perfection.
