12 lbs Brisket
$100
Dry rubbed and smoked brisket until tender and delicious. All briskets are 12 lbs, enough to serve 10 to 12 people.
Please note that all brisket orders require at least 48 hours' notice.
Smoked Brisket, Turkey, and Ribs Family bundle
$200
All meats are dry rubbed and smoked low and slow until unbelievably delicious. Turkey is also brined for extra flavor and juiciness.
Brisket: 12 lbs
St. Louis Cut Ribs: 3 Racks
Turkey Breast: 4 lbs

Smoked Brisket and Pork Family Meal
$160
Delicious smoked brisket and pulled pork. I can provide a 12 lb brisket and 10 lbs of pulled pork, which is enough to feed 15 or more guests. Both meats are dry rubbed and slow-smoked to perfection.
